Delivery of Goods
The rights and responsibilities of Trolley Outlet on the issue of goods delivery is limited by the following conditions:

All orders will be shipped by our choice of freight companies.

Purchasers can arrange their own freight to pickup from our warehouse.

Goods shall remain at the purchasers risk at all times.

Delivery dates quoted are estimates only.

Trolley Outlet reserves the right to deliver goods by instalments.

Trolley Outlet will not be liable for any delays caused by factors outside of our control.
Return or Exchange of Goods
The following conditions apply when you will need to return or exchange goods to us:

We must be notified immediately and all goods then returned within seven (7) days of delivery.

Purchasers are responsible to return the goods to us.

Goods returned because of change of mind or exchange will incur a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.

A Return of Goods form must be obtained from Trolley Outlet prior to any returns. Complete the form by stating the reason for return and quoting the Tax Invoice number and sent back with the goods.

All faulty-goods claims will be processed after testing by the manufacturer.

Acceptance of returned goods does not constitute acceptance of responsibility.
Payment Term
All goods must be paid in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed. All goods remain the sole and absolute property of Trolley Outlet until paid for in full.
All purchases have included a 10% GST.
