Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking information. This information is usually sent to you 1 - 2 days after your order has been shipped.

Can I check my order status from my Ladder Central's account online?
If you place the order while you are logged in to your Trolley Outlet's account, you can find this information by clicking the Order History from the top menu.
